Cookie Policy
We explain which cookies and similar technologies the luggage24.pl website and the booking application use, why, and how to manage your consent. Last updated: 1 November 2026. Personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies and similar technologies are
1.1. Cookies are small text files saved on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as the browser's localStorage, also save information on your device. First-party cookies are set by our domain, third-party cookies are set by providers such as Google or Microsoft.
1.2. Some are necessary for the website and booking to work; others help us understand how you use the website and measure how well our ads work.
2. Legal basis and consent
2.1. Storing information on your device and accessing it requires your consent, except for cookies necessary to transmit a message or to provide a service you explicitly request (Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law of 12 July 2024, Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej; consent meets the GDPR requirements, Article 400). We process personal data from analytics and advertising cookies on the basis of consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
2.2. Consent is managed by CookieYes. On your first visit you choose the categories; you can change or withdraw your consent at any time (settings below). Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
3. Categories of cookies
- Necessary - always active: remembering consent, the language choice, security and the working of booking.
- Functional - embedded Google Maps on the location pages and in articles.
- Analytics - visit statistics, analysis of how the website is used and the source of a booking (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, Luggage24 cookies).
- Advertising - measuring how well ads work (Google Ads).
4. Providers and cookies
4.1. The table below lists the cookies and similar technologies on luggage24.pl and in the booking application. Providers' privacy policies: policies.google.com/privacy (Google), privacy.microsoft.com (Microsoft), cloudflare.com/privacypolicy (Cloudflare), cookieyes.com/privacy-policy (CookieYes), ahrefs.com/privacy-policy (Ahrefs).

4.2. Ahrefs Web Analytics (Ahrefs Pte. Ltd.) counts visits without cookies and without saving data on your device, so it is not in the table.
4.3. The booking application loads the Google Fonts font from Google servers (Google receives your IP address) and loads Cloudflare Turnstile in the booking form. We save the Google Analytics identifiers (_ga) with a booking only when you have given analytics consent.
5. Google Consent Mode v2 and server-side measurement
5.1. Until you choose, all Google consents are denied by default. After your choice in CookieYes the website passes the current consent state to Google and Microsoft, and analytics and advertising tools run only within what you agreed to.
5.2. The purchase event after an online booking is sent to Google Analytics 4 from our server, only when you have given analytics consent.
6. Scope of the policy
The policy covers the luggage24.pl website and the booking application at luggage24.pl/booking. Both use the same CookieYes configuration and one shared consent in the luggage24.pl domain.
7. Changes to the policy and version
We publish the current version on this page. Last updated: 1 November 2026 (2026-11-01).
