Prices depend on the size of the chosen locker and storage time (6, 12 or 24 hours).

We offer lockers in various sizes, so that you can fit any popular luggage. Below are the dimensions in centimeters (cm):

Large #1  (L)

• 2 cabin bags + 2 backpacks
• 1 medium suitcase + 1 cabin bag + 1 backpack
• 1 large duffel bag + backpack
• 4 backpacks

Large #2  (L)

• 3 cabin bags
• 2 medium suitcases
• 1 large duffel bag + backpack
• 4 backpacks

Extra Large (XL)

• 3 cabin bags + 2 backpacks
• 1 check-in (25kg) suitcase + 1 cabin bag + backpack
• 1 medium suitcase + 2 cabin bags
• 6 backpacks

It's simple. When you arrive:

1. Select the locker size you need
2. Set your personal PIN
3. Pay (cash or card)
4. Put in your luggage
5. Close the locker

You can open the locker as many times as you want.

Yes! Lockers can be opened multiple times during the rental period, without additional fees. It's an ideal solution if you want to add shopping or pick up something earlier.

👉 How to open the locker during rental?

1. On the screen, select "Pick up items"
2. Choose your locker number
3. Enter your PIN
4. Select "Continue" – the locker will open automatically
5. Close the locker when you put items back in

The locker remains active until the end of the paid time.

Our facility in Krakow is open 24/7, but the main entrance door is locked at night for security purposes.

To enter, simply use the code 4569# on the keypad. If you forget the code, just scan any of the QR codes posted on the entrance door - they’ll reveal the access code instantly.

After verification, we'll help you regain access to your locker. Your belongings are safe at all times and no one else has access to them.

Yes, all our locations are monitored 24/7 and equipped with modern security systems. The lockers are break-in resistant, and only the person with the assigned PIN has access to them.

• Select "End rental"
• The locker will open and will be available for other users to rent later
• Take your belongings, make sure you've taken everything
• Close the locker

No, reservations aren’t possible at our self-service Luggage Storage in Krakow. You simply arrive and rent your chosen locker directly on-site - no booking required!

Please note that our busiest time is usually between 10:30 AM and noon. If you arrive before 10:30, you’re almost certain to find lockers available in all sizes. If you’d like, you can always contact us on WhatsApp before your visit to check current availability.

You can drop off and pick up your luggage whenever you feel like it! 😎

This happens, but don't worry your belongings aren't lost! You have two options:

1. Go through the rental process from the beginning:

Choose the locker size, set your PIN and make payment.

➡️ After payment confirmation be sure to press the "Next" button – this will open the locker (even if luggage is already there – this is normal).

➡️ The locker will open, and you must close it again and make sure the door is properly closed. From this moment, the locker will be assigned only to you and opened exclusively with your PIN – your belongings are safe. 🔒

2. The locker may still be rented by the previous user:

It happens that a locker is free and appears available, but is formally still rented, when the previous user took their belongings but didn't end the rental. In this situation you won't be able to rent it again without our help.

🧳 To avoid such situations, first start the rental, then put in your luggage. This way the locker will be assigned only to you from the beginning.

Sometimes difficulties with card payment may occur, but don't worry – here are a few steps worth checking:

1️⃣ Check funds in your account – insufficient funds is the most common reason for transaction rejection.

2️⃣ Hold the card for a few seconds – make sure you hold the card at the terminal long enough for it to be read. To be sure, you can insert the card with the chip into the terminal.

3️⃣ Check bank requirements – some contactless cards require PIN entry. Our terminal doesn't have a physical keypad, so such a transaction may be rejected. Cards like Wise or Revolut may have additional security features or settings blocking certain types of transactions. It's worth checking your card or banking app settings to ensure payment will be possible.

4️⃣ Try paying with another card – sometimes the bank blocks the transaction for independent reasons. Note: if you want to use another card, start the rental process from scratch on the touch screen. Otherwise the payment will fail.

5️⃣ Use cash payment – start the rental from the beginning and at the end choose "cash payment".

⚠️ The machine accepts only banknotes and doesn't give change – deposit exactly the required amount.
