Common questions
What if I come back later than booked?
Come back for a jacket or a gift during the day - no extra charge. If your time runs out, your things wait safely, and extra hours (roughly 3-7 PLN each, depending on locker size) are settled on site at pickup. We never charge your card automatically.
How big are the lockers?
Three sizes: M for a cabin bag, L for a large suitcase, XL for oversized items such as skis or a stroller. Exact dimensions are shown when you pick a location.
Is my luggage safe?
Every locker is steel, anti-break-in and monitored. Only your PIN opens your locker, and you can open it as many times as you like during your booking.
How do I pay?
Online when you book, by card, BLIK or Apple Pay. You get a receipt by email.
